James O'Regan
CEO
Holding a degree in Commerce, Economics, and Accounting, James combines his academic background with a hands-on approach to leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, as well as pursuing his love for music and sport.
Heather McEwen
CTO and Founder
IT development, and international entrepreneurship, Heather is highly knowledgeable and passionate about the tech sector. Split between the United Kingdom and New Zealand, she enjoys traveling and is a proud mother of two grown sons.
Kerrin O'Regan
CFO
for some of New Zealand and Australia’s largest corporations. Kerrin manages all the financials for SaaSam Group. In his free time, he loves cooking and following sports.
Sonja Pearson
Sales and Marketing Manager
Sonja has held roles including sales executive, client manager, and business intelligence consultant. She has a wealth of expertise in marketing, communications, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Sonja enjoys cooking, skiing, and traveling.
Calum Johnstone
Business Development Manager
and is passionate about showcasing the flexibility of our Agiloft and Creatio solutions to new and potential clients. In his free time, he enjoys working out, cooking, and exploring the English countryside.
Tania McKay
Senior Consultant
bringing her passion for optimising processes and tailoring our solutions to address their unique challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, staying active through fitness, and hiking.
Morgan Jans
Morgan has been a technical consultant at SaaSam since 2014, after completing a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technologies. He likes the unique challenges each project brings and seeing the transformational efficiencies brought to each client's business. Outside SaaSam, Morgan is into gaming and enjoys hanging out with friends.
Jo Naiman
Jo joined Saasam in 2020, and brought over 25 years' of experience in analysis, design and delivery of business solutions in healthcare, telecom and IT sectors across Europe and the UK. Responsibilities at SaaSam include gathering customer requirements, designing solutions, managing the delivery to customer and occasionally turning her hand to configuration. In her spare time, Jo tends her garden and allotment in summer, and can usually be found with a book in winter.
Jaco van der Merwe
Jaco has been a technical developer at SaaSam since 2017 and enjoys the challenge of finding new creative solutions for clients. Prior to SaaSam, Jaco worked in web development and completed a Bachelor of IT at Wintec. His weekends are spent playing golf and squash, and doing a bit of baking.
Kate Ruggeri
Kate has over 30 years’ experience in implementing, programming and reporting within the IT and accounting sectors. She enjoys the diversity of the work and the travel opportunities with SaaSam, but when not working - and travelling - Kate can be found enjoying time with her two sons and perhaps relaxing with a jigsaw puzzle.
Kyle Jeffries
After completing a Bachelor of Information Technology at Wintec, Kyle joined the SaaSam team as a technical developer and support manager. Working closely with clients, he enjoys putting his creativity and ingenuity to use to streamline their business processes. In his spare time, Kyle can be found with a good book or watching movies.
Raymond Crickett
Raymond joins SaaSam as a relative newcomer to the IT space, bringing a high level of analytical skills, personability, and adaptability to the table as an implementer. When he isn't finding solutions from behind a computer in the office, Raymond enjoys working out, gaming, and spending time with his family.
Tom Redder
With a degree in Computing and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Waikato and a further Cyber Security Education background, Tom comes to SaaSam primed and ready for the wild and tumultuous world of IT. Outside of SaaSam, Tom enjoys watching films, developing games, and cooking lots of food.
Calum Redpath
Having worked extensively in the transmedia marketing space, Calum has since jumped around as a freelancer doing everything from writing boardgames to pitching television shows. Once described as “lackadaisical”, Calum hopes to bring his energy and enthusiasm to SaaSam marketing. When he’s not writing or panicking, Calum is usually found reading or drinking too much coffee.
Blair Grant
Coming from Wintec with a Bachelor of Applied Information Technology, a Diploma in IT Technical Support, and a Certificate in Computing, it is fair to say that Blair enjoys working and learning within IT. Blair is passionate about her job, enjoys helping and learning from others, and is bringing to SaaSam enthusiasm and an eagerness to help clients shine!
Ritesh Narkhede
Ritesh specialises in CLM implementations, optimising contract workflows and compliance. With deep expertise in Agiloft CLM and Salesforce Order Processing, he designs scalable solutions, leveraging Agile Product Management to drive efficiency and streamline contract lifecycle processes for businesses worldwide.
Ian Goodacre
Ian has been with SaaSam since its inception. He has many years’ experience in government, health care and private enterprises large and small, working on hardware, software and infrastructure design, implementation, operation and support, project management and technical support. Ian is an all-rounder and very much hands-on with technology.
Marewa Paranihi
Marewa specialises in Agiloft CLM implementations, optimising contract management for global clients. With expertise in MS Access, Excel (VBA), SharePoint, and MobileFrame, he delivers scalable solutions, ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and compliance while providing expert consultation and support.
Ai Keow Lim
Ai Keow is an accomplished database administrator and an expert in all things Oracle. She looks after SaaSam’s support functions globally and performs important implementation work for clients. Ai Keow has a degree in data science from the University of Waikato, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown up children.
Roz Vickerman
From creating and selling her own start-up to managing portfolios, developing strategies, and taking charge of high-profile deals, Roz has made her mark on the business world and wants to continue doing that at SaaSam. Outside of work, Roz can be found road and trail cycling, and is currently trying to master night riding.
